📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Go Items: Shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Made-to-Order Items: Take 7–14 business days for production and processing.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship all items worldwide via Australia Post. Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Domestic Delivery (Australia): 2–7 business days.
• International Delivery: 10–20 business days.

Shipping Requirements

• International Buyers: We are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.
• All Buyers: Please provide a full street address and phone number at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

🔄 Returns & Uncollected Parcels Policy

Change of Mind Returns

For any change of mind returns, a 10% restocking fee applies to cover administration and processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Uncollected Parcels & Return to Sender (RTS)

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is held at a post office or delivery facility, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it within the carrier's specified holding period (typically 10 business days for Australia Post).

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you via email. The following options apply:

• Option 1: Re-delivery – We are happy to re-ship your order. New shipping fees will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent.
• Option 2: Refund – If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a partial refund will be issued. The original shipping costs, return postage fees, and a 10% restocking fee are strictly non-refundable.

Please note: Restocking fees and shipping deductions do not apply to returns for faulty products, damaged items, or issues covered under Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
