We offer a limited return policy. If you are experiencing any issues with your item, please use our Contact page to message us directly so we can assist you.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind, any returns or exchanges must be arranged with us within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking and administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and production reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Custom-Made / Personalised Items (including made-to-order processing)
- Earrings & Body Piercing Items (due to hygiene regulations)
- Clearance & Sale Items
- Digital Downloads
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply to faulty items.
