Any returns or exchanges should be arranged with us within 14 days of purchase, providing the item has not been worn, and with proof of purchase. The items need to be returned in original packaging and tags.
Unfortunately, custom made / personalised order items cannot be return.
Clearance sale items cannot be return.
Earrings and body piercing items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
